Re: How to be a musician when you're not that good of a musician

Re: The Official Live at the Showbox DVD thread

i like the commentary only because it's a band i know and like. i have never watched a commentary on a movie before tho. i don't know if i ever really would.

Re: Paste Provides Proof of John's Songwriting Mastery.

yea, i don't know how i feel about that article. granted i don't dig deep in lyrics, i kind of take them at face value. there have been a couple songs that i've thought "what the F is he talking about?!!??!" but for the most part i have and have had enough termoil in my life to relate them...

Re: The Official Live at the Showbox DVD thread

i do have to agree with one part of the review. there does seem to be a lack of shots of the room. personally i could care less about crowd shots. i don't need to see how much fun they are having, they mean nothing to me, show me who i want to see which is the band. unless there is an actual exchang...

Re: Make Me Cry

we aren't being judged right? RIGHT?!?!? green day's "good riddance (time of your life)". but wait for the explanation. my son was born around the time that song came out. he was not planned. so the lyrics "it's something unpredictable but in the end it's right, i hope you had the tim...

Re: Christmas-ish interview (old)

i generally like x-mas. i have embraced it's commercialism full on. i surrendered to it a couple years ago. and since we resolved to not go anywhere on x-mas anymore, thus not stressing about running all over town, our x-mases have been great. i can't think of too many awful ones i have had. i someti...

i wondered what the hell that song was. i thought maybe it was something that was done on the spot. i barely remember that show to remember. and no, i haven't watched the dvd yet. tis the season for trying to find the time.

i'm just weirded out in general. i'm not good with change. also, i find the fact that there is no outline to each post rather hard on the eyes in the way of determining the separation. everything kinda runs together for me.
