For the sake of all stripes of American politics, and for the whole world. i guess what i mean is, for political bumper stickers ...

You're bummed that the DVD will not replicate your show experience exactly? Really? yea, kinda. i was expecting it would be the show i saw from start to finish. that's my fault. obviously there are pauses and musical tuning that is not necessary for the end result, but i never thought about that. r...

For your reading pleasure

As I'm reading my Slate emailed article on blogging, my eyes kind of start to wander until I see this: "This month, the writer/blogger/productivity thinker Merlin Mann opened a window onto his angst with an anniversary post. Mann is best-known as the creator of the Hipster PDA (a modified Moleskine ...

Re: why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh

I don't know. I kind of think of Jonathan and Nabil as Winters, now. That line seemed really dismissive and disinterested, like the so-called new kids on the block are just tag-alongs, if not temporary placeholders. But Stringfellow has been a Long Winters fan much longer than I, which I suppose af...

Feel the fear: 1. Meet Joel's Army . If you're unfamiliar with this particular "dominionist" brand of evangelical Christianity, that link is a Southern Poverty Law Center report.
