Maybe it's just me, but I've always thought Marshall Stacks (The Marshall head and the flat cab on bottom, angled one on top) are way too huge, and don't have the sound to back up 2k being spent on it.

Plus, how the hell do you cart that around?

Or perhaps a song about a truck crash that causes a raise in interest rates?

That Boss OBD 3 is indeed an awesome pedal. My friend run it through a Crate something-or-another and it sounds superb. Mostly used for intros and mid song bass solos (with us).

E-lectric guitar petals.

There is no such thread where folks share what pedals they run their guitaring instruments through. This, I started one. I've always liked Boss pedals. They look cool, they're tough and they have excellent, adjustable effects. I have the distortion Boss DS-1, an orange box with Tone, Distortion and ...

As per buying musical machines, I'm from the school of thought that used is always better. I've never been able to find justification in spending $1300 on a guitar, amplifier or whatever. Unless it's vintage (which still... eh) you can usually find the same thing used and non-name brand for half the...

No more Rickenbaker ever again.... /cry

Oh well, I suppose I'd never take it anywhere if I owned it either. I got a chance to play a 67' model, but it had the stock pickups. Still, it was amazing.
