Latest actionslacks email has four singer/songwriters going solo together:

I'm playing a solo show this Wednesday, the 5th,
at Neumo's in Seattle.
I'll be sharing the stage with three phenomenal
Seattle songwriters: John
Roderick (Long Winters), Graig Markel, and Luke
Temple. I'm on second,
probably around 10:00pm. The show is $7 and is
all ages. More info on
the Neumo's website: http://www.neumos.com.

my best guess is that John is going on last because usually the headliner is listed first, therefore goes on last... amusing how that works out

Headlining

Post by Lobster »

Ok, I spoke to Neumo's, John is indeed headlining and therefore last, ETA 1130pm.

I'm not familiar with Neumos. That's near Iowa City, right? Just a few minutes from my house? Cuz I REALLY need a good show, and the Hawkeye music scene is hurtin'.

But I shouldn't complain, because the drought ends in Feb when Modest Mouse comes to town.

tour poster

Post by pas de nom »

this isn't extremely related, but my question didn't feel worthy of its own thread.
I saw a link a couple days ago that you could click on to print out a generic street poster, I remember it saying 'you can fill in the tour date of your desire in the blank portion of the poster.' I was in a hurry and I never did click on it, but for some reason I can't find it on the website anymore. I recognize this is a stupid conundrum, but if anyone out there can tell me where it is I woud greatly appreciate it. thanks
