For the most part, tours wrap up end of June. Their booking site says available again in November. What's a band to do for four months? Relax? Record?

should we gather a crowd and have signs as the van pulls in at home? we could make it a real mob scene.

what's next?

Post by Endo23 »

I talked to J.Ro before the band's (rather brilliant) show in San Diego and he told me they would be hitting the studio almost immediately upon their return to Sea Town... they also played an awesome new song during their (rather brilliant) set at The Casbah that night... so I'd say it's high time to get giddy with anticipation about the new rekkid, kids!

(I, for one, will be conducting strange midnight rituals involving spinakopita and maple syrup, in an effort to convince the Gods of Rock to bless the band's upcoming sessions.)

(I, for one, will be conducting strange midnight rituals involving spinakopita and maple syrup, in an effort to convince the Gods of Rock to bless the band's upcoming sessions.)

spa·na·ko·pi·ta
Variant(s): also spa·no·ko·pi·ta
Function: noun
Etymology: New Greek spanakopEta, from spanaki spinach + pEta, pita pie
: a traditional Greek pie of spinach, feta, and seasonings baked in phyllo

It takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup.

Before and during the Civil War, "Abolitionists" opposed to slavery encouraged the use of Maple sugar instead of Cane sugar because Maple sugar was sugar "not made by slaves".
