Just got an announcement from the folks hosting this tea party that thelongwinters.com will be down for maintenance for 30 minutes sometime between 10:00 pm Pacific Jun 24 and 4:00 am Pacific Jun 25.

Coincidentally, this period of time overlaps with the time that my property manager tells me the roads in my compound (which they insist on calling a community, despite taking every possible precaution to insure that it becomes no such thing) will be repaved. So I'll have to park elsewhere.
