There should be one of these(Image) to the left of any topic with new posts. Just click that.

wow, that is cool. Flyn's icon does the same thing without having to open the topic. What I meant is a link after you already happened to click on the title: the link is called 'First unread post' and can be found top right of the first post in a topic.

Ah. Did not notice either of those. I was looking on the left hand side, I guess. Thanks guys, I'll try to get used to those!

okay, we found the Adam Ant theme had autonomously replaced all references to waffles AND pancakes with random war cries, so we disabled it and thankfully all old food stuff is accessible again. John is a bit sad, because he had nearly assembled the right outfit from numerous thrift shops in the greater Seattle area, but he agrees that food is more important than the chance to do his hair ant-style.

Are you getting any sleep these days? How about food?

By the way, the bots sure love the new forum. Strange.

I was involved in the Elliott Smith Boards war in 2001. It was pretty ugly. We at sweetadeline.net were invaded by a militant faction from elliottsmith.net.

We found out just before the attack and drove them off.

The irony was that when es.net folded they had to come to us with their tails between their legs.

We took the higher moral ground and assisted with soup and blankets for the refugees.
