John on Twitter: Here's Mt. Desolation, feat. members of Keane, Mumford & Sons, Noah and the Whale, and The Long Winters.

The amount of new songs and projects is getting kinda ridiculous. I"m not complaining, mind.

Well, let's see... we have a bevy of John solo (?) songs, the future collaboration with Kathleen Edwards, the Long Winters, Mr. Desolation...Anyone hear if we can expect John's backing vox on the new Nada Surf?

John solo (?) songs

The ZZ Top cover is a band thing, I think, given this twitter message and the fact that it is credited to TLW on iTunes.

The GIVE Charity thing, though, is just John I assume? Thanks for bringing that tweet to my attention, I forgot completely about it! I guess I never expected to actually hear it. I'm waiting for the physical CD copy, so I haven't seen it's credits yet. Thanks again for the correction! :)

There are two songs there. And the album's out in October.

Sounds good to me.
