Or to ever enter a room John's in without knocking...
Pffss, guns are for wimps**. I'm all about swords.

Wait. worry. There were 20 songs on the setlist... please don't tell me the Chicago cover had to go!
Anyway, thanks for the update. Sounds like the DVD-package will be full of awesome (and there are so many good-sounding bootlegs out there already, so the fact that there won't be a CD-version of the show is not too much of a loss, if I might say so)!

Sour is right, but my "official" position is that I would never not discourage this kind of activity.
Good catch, Moni. There wasn't room for all the songs without making it a dual-layer disc so a tough decision was made. Dual layers aren't as cool as single layer discs for a variety of reasons that would cure your insomnia to explain.
I could be wrong, but I remember, because of the production crew and filming, they didn't stray from the setlist save for switching Hindsight and Nora.
i guess i've never seen a show dvd of any show i've ever been to so i never thought about cuts. i'm sure there are plenty made to any them. but now i'm kinda bummed that the dvd won't be the exact show i was at. it will be a "different" version. :(

You're bummed that the DVD will not replicate your show experience exactly? Really?

yea, kinda. i was expecting it would be the show i saw from start to finish. that's my fault. obviously there are pauses and musical tuning that is not necessary for the end result, but i never thought about that. regardless i will be excited to be able to watch a show i was at as many times as i like (probably to steven's chagrin).
yay im right up front in front of john. i dressed like marilyn monroe.... yay loads of fun that show.....john made a reference to me again. dang, doesnt date his fans!!
