According to John Moe's Twitter, John will be appearing on MPR's Wits show this Friday: https://twitter.com/johnmoe. For those of us not in the area he says it will be broadcast live on the internet.

but my big mystery is: what timezone is this 8pm gonna be in. Is Minnesota so much the centre of the world that they feel they can just say 8 pm without further clarification?

I mean, I know I"m too old tomorrow to get up in the middle of the night for something like this, but it still matters just HOW middle of the night we're talking about...

If that's on MPR's website, chances are it will be 8pm in Minneapolis. They are in our Central Time Zone.

Here's a time breakdown for MN, Amsterdam and SF.

I love the internet, I've just watched it from 8 pm onwards like it was meant to be.
I absolutely love this version of Portland, that bass line was magical - have I said yet I can't wait to hear that new album and finish it already? Well, this performance is just another reason for repeating that mantra every day from now on until it comes true.
