i didn't used to like the word "panties" but it is
growing on me. Something about it is sexy in
a 1950's sort of way.

And i need me some of them there panties!

I have been looking for a website like this for a while. I love it, thanks for sharing. I am going to buy the "Ex-Republican for Kerry" sticker and put on my boss's car. heeheehee.

Of course he has a stimulating effect on the economy, he's flooded the country with cheap money with tax cuts plus the fed dropped interest rates to 40 year lows. They'll do anything short of dropping money from planes to get US comsumers to spend spend spend. But it's all debt.

7 TRILLION+ dollars of it.

Basically, we buy a bunch of crap from Asia, and they turn around a buy US treasury bonds to keep thier currency low and their crap cheap, so we'll buy more of it. It's a lovely cycle, eh? Oh, and since comsumer spending is 79% of US GDP, if we stop buying, we've got even biger problems. Asia currently owns 56% of US treasury bonds and if they stop buying them, then we've got deflation on our hands....a disaster considering how in debt all of America is on all levels--from individuals, to corporations, to states, to the nation. Actually, we've got more debt today than in 1929.

Yes, the economy is temporarily stimulated. But whether or not it's healthy is another question.

glad you like it! i'm thinking the "Like Father Like Son, One Term Only" tshirt is just my style.

since we're on the subject of purchasing dissent online, another great site is unamerican. You've probably seen the stickers around. It's political in more of a DIY punk way, but the politics is hysterically funny. I honestly can't scroll thru the list of bumper stickers without totally losing it...

I want to see panties that just say "Vote, Dammit!" In fact, I think a bunch of us should make 'em, wear 'em, and flash people out of complacency.

agreed. alas, i have the crafting skills of a turnip. you any good with iron-ons?

[oh, also: me flashing usually requires a third component, normally a) alcohol or b) monies offered or c) all of the above. So it would look like this: Flashing Political Panties = Squid + Jack Daniels + Money.]

This is funny! My comment was meant ironically, but in a sense of people selling anti-bush stuff and making money off it. I wouldn't connect Bush with sex. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding your stimulating heheh remark...

Oh boy...panties, stimulating, ... All I knew was that there was a joke in there somewhere and that because it came from Liesbeth, it was probably very funny. But, oh no, Bush is not sexy in any way.

What is with all this hatred of the word "panties"? I love the word panties. panties panties panties. It's adorable. underpants is great too. how about underpanties?
