God DAMN.
I'm not sure if all that "swimming with the dolphins" i did in kaikoura was such a good idea after all.
I mean, it was miraculous and life-changing and all, but the whole time, they're like, "and no sharks!". Well, what the hell does THAT matter if I'm dragged down to the depths of the ocean by one of my brethren trying to take me home?
I like it on the land! It's nice! They have cheeseburgers here! HIDE ME!
ps: squidywampus. teehee! :-P

Yes, I'll try and put in a good word for you both when the "landings" begin.
Nothing to be alarmed about, I'm sure...

I can't believe that I'm posting this, given my huge fear of sea creatures and all, but here goes:
Cocaine haul hidden in giant squid.

"LIMA, Peru (Reuters) -- Peruvian police say they have seized nearly 1,540 pounds (700 kilograms) of cocaine hidden in frozen giant squid bound for Mexico and the United States."
pffffffft! and then there's me: A Peruvian Squid WITHOUT ANY COCAINE TO SPEAK OF.
where is the love?
Thank you, darling.
Yes...it's true. I can't remember the last time this Squid rode the White Horse. (Now there's an image.)
Oh, wait. Yes I do. It was that "White Xmas" where I started hoovering blow with a vengeance on the 23rd of Dec. and woke up on NYE with a full face of makeup and the top of a parking meter lying at the foot of my bed.
But you get so much of that these days...

you don´t know what your missing, old fashioned girl.
you haven´t got any, till you got the Parking Meter...

I am deeply sorry. This is why my mother rejected me...

Art, anatomy, and the plastination of the giant squid!
More at the link.
new scientist wrote:...for the first time, two huge giant squid specimens are being prepared to go on display. And the preparation is being done by controversial German anatomist Gunther von Hagens, who will use the “plastination” technique that he uses to display human bodies.
