MetaFilter was all over this about three weeks ago. Those geeks cracked this one wide open and it was hilarious. Turns out that 'Hopkin' is a plush frog lost by some kid in Seattle, so don't feel too bad for him.

I declare this meme officially killed.

Ah, I thought the kid was a little too attached to frog. Who the hell has a frog for a pet anyway?

What exactly was that website? As in, who made it? Because I came across this http://lostfrog.org/4.html, which is clearly a cartoon created by the fellow at http://www.toothpastefordinner.com (who is very funny).
