I'm all for creamy. It must be a product of my raising, because I adore pulp, and fruit chunks and all that jazz.

Ah, that's something I have heated discussions about with hubby, peanut butter is just too dry to put on toast or crackers, it's a bread only thing for me. Or scooped out of the jar with knife or fingers, which could get me banned from the house if he ever found out that I still do that when he's not around.

Raisins in cookies is fine, raisins in cereal sucks.

Chelsea, thanks for raising this issue, it's good to finally get this off of my chest.

only in trail mix. and only with nuts. I have to eat them altogether and chew them up all at the same time.

This raisin in cookies thing brings up another of my odd food quirks. Cooked fruit = yuck.

Yes, that rules out most pie, cinnamon apples, raisins in any sort of baked good, etc. It doesn't make sense to anyone but me, but fruit just seems to me like it's supposed to be cold.

...just like pasta is supposed to be hot...

I've been accused of having the palatte of an eight-year-old.

Oh shit. Obvious loophole. Warm berries can be wonderful with waffles or ice cream.

Therefore, um, my fruit rule doesn't apply to berries.
