2005 - Year Of The Soup
I hearby dub thee, 2005 a.d., year of the soup. That being said, what's your favorite kind? I really like Campbell Select Chicken Tortilla Soup. It makes my mouth smile and my stomach stop complaining.

I don't like soup really. IF-if-I have to eat it, I will. Or on the rare occasion I do want it: Tomato or Broccoli & Cheddar. doesn't matter on brand. I can't really call those my favorite, either. Rather, they're the only ones I'll eat.
With that said I disagree with the year of the soup. This year is too cool for soup.

Strange subject in spring, soup is winter food in my book.
I have a great recipe for homecooked spinach cream soup. And in the prefab variety my favourite is Chinese Tomato Cup-a-Soup.
We don't have broccoli and cheddar, I would like to try that.
You know, it is officially the year of water, doesn't soup sort of fall into that category?

No, no, no, no people! This is EXACTLY why this is the year of soup! A year for discovering new soup, making your own soup, hot soup, cold soup, room-temperture soup! The fun doesn't end when you're havin' soup! Why, here's what Frank Nichols of Wheeling, West Virginia had to say about soup:
"I think it's pretty good. I like chilli. I'm not really sure if that's a soup though. I think it is."
And let's not forget about what Amanda Walker of Eagle Butte, South Dakota said about soup:
"No thanks. I'm not hungry."
I think this message speaks for itself.

Chicken soup
Chicken soup is great, kinda reminds me of illness tho, seem to always have it when im ill, it doesnt give me illness though i think cheddar in soup would. sorry. I also enjoy a fine oxtail.
Totally irrelevant and I know people get annoyed bout swerving topics, i'd just like to say that having soup and listening to Rogue Wave would be the best, i'm really crazy about them right now.

that´s cold Spanish soup right?
I hate it, it´s the only thing about eating in a Spanish restaurant that I don´t like.
Why isn´t 2005 the year of the Gamba?
it's true...though they don't really have spanish restaurants in seattle, so the only time i get to eat it is when my mom makes it.

I normally don't find anything interesting about soup. Soup is the last stage of leftovers.
But I did have a surprisingy good soup once in, of all places, Bisbee Arizona...abandoned copper mining town turned hippie compound in the middle of nowhere Arizona. I stayed in a haunted hotel, but even more memorable was the pumpkin soup with creme fraise.
I guess soup is ok.
