i'll leave it up a little bit longer for people who have been busy putting together their Halloween costume.

by the way, 8 people clicked yes, but only 6 put down their name... I can't see who answered the poll so if you want in, please identify

C'mon, people- join in the fun! What is better than a good old fashioned mix CD made by someone other than yourself? It's the gift that keeps on giving!

Share the love- share your good taste- get a free cd in return!

(And ica, will you reconsider? You make wicked mix CD's!!!)

I'm just sayin'.

right, I got a bit sidetracked, with a weekend of Will Johnson/John Vanderslice/cool-board-member-staying-over goodness among my very good reasons, but here we go:

The 2007 Long Winters Board Fall Mix Swap
Zach - Liesbeth
longtimecoming - Liesbeth

Burning Bride #7 - Grant
No You Are - Sally
***please read below***

Please contact your swappartner via pm and get the details organized like a deadline (suggestion: try to get this done before the 2008 Spring swap at least, eh?) and addresses and stuff.
Happy swapping!

Grant...again? Man, I'm gonna have to look around and see if I have a list of the songs I put on the 2006 autumn swap...

oops. I am actually organized enough to have a list of previous swaps so I don't pair up people twice, but something went wrong here. It's hard you know, 7 people, that's massive...

However, if everyone is okay with this, I suggest the following changes:
Burning Bride #7 - Sally
No You Are - Grant

That way I think everyone gets a brand new, fresh and fruity partner

No, I Am.

(Sorry if the above was confusing - I was trying to Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo with Sally.)

Liesbeth! I sent you a PM, but now I'm looking at my sentbox and don't see any record of it. Did you receive one?

Zach, I indeed didn't get your message, but pm'ed you yesterday. If that doesn't work, you could use the e-mail button at the bottom of my message.

I would just like to say that on this Christmas morning, the household's not-yet-five-year-old (two days left!) got a Zen Stone mp3 player from Santa. The jolly old elf was thoughtful enough to have put some of her favorite songs on it.

She's delighted with it, but the one song that made her eyes light up and say, "Daddy! Daddy, listen!" was "Long Distance Call" by Phoenix, off the fine, fine swap that took place last go-round.

Zach Gore Productions, you have made children happy.

Hooray! I'm happy to hear that it's had a lasting impression!

Happy holidays everyone!
