Oops! All Berries...(A "Cap'n Crunch" Joint)

Postby Harvey Winters » Thu May 20, 2004 5:32 am

This just may very well be the single greatest
breakfast cereal in the whole world...

That is. until they start making Lucky Charms with
A marshmallow to cereal ratio of like, 10:1

General Mills, are ya listening?

You know what? Plain, unfrosted, Shredded Wheat is my favoritest cereal.

I would have to say that crunch berries and any fruity sugar cereal is my least favorite.

But lucky charms...that's the exception. There is just something about those awful stale marshmellow bits. Good for eatin', good for throwin.

Does anyone remember Cookie Crisp? Cooooookie Crisp.

That shit ran about 5 bucks-a-pop for a little box that probably contained 3 bowls of cereal.

Oh HELLS YEAH! That was the BEST! Nowadays, I prefer Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Fruity Pebbles.

Anyone remember Quisp?

Peanut butter on toast is the king of all breakfast foods.

I've never met a cold cereal that I didn't like. Seriously. Anyone had Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cereal? Peanut butter makes everything better.

Never tried the Reese's PB Cup, but I am partial to the occasional bowl of PB Cap'n Crunch.

Really though, breakfast is usually yogurt, fruit and granola or cheerios (damn that sounds like a health-nut. no, I'm not really a tree-hugger. and those aren't birkenstocks I'm rapidly hiding under the desk...can I blame this on one too many trips to Eugene as a child? :)

I knew a girl who didn't use butter, cheese or jelly on her toast.

She used...

i like peanut butter on toast with mashed banana. at work, i get all kinds of stares and comments. but i'm sorry, mashed banana tastes better with pb than sliced banana, hands down.

I wished I lived in a country where supermarkets have cereal isles. Due to lack of space, ours doesn't carry the crunchy nut cornflakes anymore.

I've only been to the States once, and loved Fruitloops. Man, they were chemical and sweet. Wonderful!

I don't know about distance, my target sibling was never more than 5 feet away. As for accuracy, I'd have to go with Orange Stars. Very effective. Moons, not so much.

The ultimate toast topping is either regular butter or peanut butter with a carefully mixed toping of cinnamon/sugar. it's about 1 part cinnamon to 99 parts sugar. mmm...

Peanut butter and fluff on toast....
While watching "Teen Titans" on a saturday morning...

Good times...

You think if I start hucking Orange Stars at my ex,
it'd be considered "Mental Cruelty"?

I bought some vegemite a couple weeks ago, but I can't get up the courage to put it on my toast...did you know it's like yeast or something?
