ya know, i was just about to write that, knowing what's his name from the posies (and why can't i remember his name?) who is actually doing the part on record, that he was probably singing something like "stupid.. mwah wah wah-buh", but i'm pretty sure meg got it right.

the secret sharon tate films, according to james ellroy, were hardcore pornographic loops starring ms. tate that were found by the LAPD while investigating the manson murders. they would later fuel the rumors that the mansons had been tipped off to the victims' whereabouts by roman polanski. apparently they featured some very athletic performances by the late ms. tate. i believe the films exist(ed), but i don't believe roman was culpable.

and in that one part of stupid, i sang "if i was somewhere else i would not know" with a little "whoa-ho" on the end for flava.

let the mystery end here.
