I've noticed lately that I don't get e-mails anymore telling me that I have a new private message. Is this a side result from the tightened security contra spammers? If so, I'll gladly give up my prerogatives for the common good, but it's so jolly nice to see in your mailbox that you have mail in another inbox in Long Winters Wonderland.

You should be getting them as far as I can see -- your profile is still set up to notify upon receipt of private message.

Is your email account perhaps filtering the notifications out as spam?

It's true that suddenly, and without warning, Yahoo started filtering my PM notices into the Spam folder without any action on my part.

I don't have any spam filtering, but perhaps this started when I got this second account, which serves me right, I guess. I'm working on the Liesbeth 2000 party though, I really am. In my head, anyway.
