Since the website stated that "the band
just released its third LP, 'Putting the Days to Bed'", I had to check the date twice to make sure this wasn't something old, but apprently it is a
brand new shiny date!
Those lucky Portlanders!

Another episode of Live Wire means another recording -- and that's never a bad thing.

Ah, but that extra money gets you Hodgman in a tuxedo, a copy of his book, and, most likely, better security than the Seattle show.

Okay I'll bite. What would you have needed security for/from?
Also, has anyone read Hodgman's books?

I've read The Areas of My Expertise, and I now know 700 more hobo names than I did before.

So did you already know 100? Because on Hodgman's website, he's got 800 hobo names!
And:
"Thank you, normal-sized man!"
I LOL'd.

The podcast is up with a John & Eric version of Samaritan and a long interview at the beginning and John and Eric joining Johnathan Coulton and John Hodgman at the end.
